We recently had the pleasure of building our home with Latitude Homes in Christchurch. Albeit small, we didn't think turning our dream home from a graph paper floor plan 'photograph could be a reality. Gavin was professional and patient with us from the onset. Communication had a quick turnaround and we didn't feel any pressure when making decisions before signing up. We had some owner supplied items we wanted to include to feel as though we had contributed to the build, all whilst we were living in the North Island. Delivered on budget, Michael and his team 'worked their butts off' when we asked if we could move in one week early due to travel commitments. These people are the best! The Chch team of Gavin and Jason helped us plan and then execute our build 3 hours from Chch. Throughout the project every silly question we asked was answered and every crazy idea we had was investigated. Their response was always fast and professional. If they weren’t able to answer their phones straight away they would call back within the hour. They kept the project moving by organising contractors to fit in with each other. Our weekly email reports always told us what had happened and what we could expect to happen the next week.
