Latitude Homes Franklin recently built our home in the Paerata Rise subdivision and we are stoked with it! From the very early days Riley patiently worked us through a modified design that best suited the needs of our young family. Including four bedrooms and three bathrooms there is plenty of room for our village and so much wonderful storage. Our 5-year-old loves the stairs and his warm cosy room next to his little sister's that overlook the pump track and park. Sneaking in a second family room and separate laundry room really completes our home. We feel very lucky to have had Riley and Marc and the wider latitude team working so hard to deliver on our home. The exterior design is unique, sleek and practical and we love coming home. The build process was great, clear and prompt communication and very minimal (and unavoidable) delays on our build. We very much recommend Latitude Homes – they have a great range of plans and will work closely with you and your family to get the design perfect!

Latitude Homes Otago provided exceptional customer service from the very beginning, communication was always prompt and we were provided regular updates throughout the building process. This enabled an easy and streamline process, which was particularly important to us given the complexities the Covid 19 pandemic brought to the building industry, but also because we were overseas residents during this time. Our conceptualised design has turned into a beautiful family home for which we are very grateful for. We cannot thank the team at Latitude Homes Otago enough!
