  • Defects in materials

Note that this cover is subject to the various exclusions and limitations set out in the Guarantee Terms and Conditions. The Guarantee is neither a contract of insurance or indemnity nor is it a maintenance contract.

Thank you Ross,Lee and the Latitude team for our beautiful new home.I would personally like to say a huge thank you for been able to complete the build on time and on budget. Building a new home throughout the covid period has been testing throughout, so I really can’t say thank you enough for being able to make the project run as smoothly as it did without any delays,( your one of the best project managers I have worked with also Ross, so thank you ). Communication has been a huge part in the build process and you guys go above and beyond in all aspects. We will definitely be building with you again in the future. Thank you again guys.
